Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase at Simmi Sandhu Art
If you are not entirely satisfied with your piece of art, we are here to help.
Returns
Our returns policy is very simple. If you are not happy with the art for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued if your item is returned in the same condition that you received it in. For originals we highly recommend secure and registered delivery.
As soon as it arrives we will refund you for the entire purchase to your credit card/PayPal account (or original method of payment).
Please note - Due to the care and expert wrapping of art works, we are unable to provide this service if you return an item. Therefore we cannot reimburse shipping.
Delivery
Delivery charges are UK mainland prices only. Orders from £60 and over are free to mainland UK only. Any item under that is £3.90
For International delivery pricing, please contact Simmi to arrange shipping payment on delivery or courier agreement.
Delivery in UK is 10 business days if not before. Please allow 14 days for Limited Edition Prints. International shipping time will depend on destination.
